In October, 2005, we were privileged to hear Joan Weber give a one-day workshop on Becoming Young Adult Responsive.
On April 24, 2008, Joan Weber returned to Dallas and Fort Worth to give her presentation on Opening the Parish Door to Young Adults: Making Your Parish Young Adult Responsive. Almost 50 young adult ministry leaders from 14 parishes in the Dallas & Ft. Worth Dioceses gathered this weekend for the sedond Making the Connection weekend.
They took what they had learned in the first weekend in August about young adult ministry and applied it to designing an integrated plan for comprehensive young adult ministry, assessing gifts, and evaluating results.
